Domestic Shipping — Australia
We ship Australia-wide. All orders are dispatched from Sydney, NSW.

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed.
- Once dispatched, standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Express shipping options may be available at checkout.
Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-order items are dispatched on a weekly basis once stock is available. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your order has been dispatched. Pre-orders cannot be combined with in-stock items in a single shipment — in-stock items will ship first, and pre-order items will follow when available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery online.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Australia only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our mailing list to be notified when we launch.
